The local government of San Jose de Buenavista, Department of Trade and Industry-Antique and Antique Chamber of Commerce and Industry work together to hold Seminar on Excellent Customer Service on March 22, 2012.
The seminar aims too equip owners, managers or employees with knowledge on how to continually improve customer relations and to provide information on how to recognize opportunities for building customer loyalty.
Around 40 participants from the business sector and local government units attended the seminar.
Resource speaker was Engr. Aniceto Abner S. Villahermosa, former Vice President for Marketing of San Miguel Corporation and a member of the governing council of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

The training is part of the capacity development program for the micro,small and medium enterprises of the LGU and DTI to facilitate economic growth.
