San Jose de Buenavista joins 112th Civil Service Anniv celebration

San Jose de Buenavista joins celebration of 112th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary this September.

The Municipality took part in the Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony on September 03 (Monday).

On September 4, some of the LGU employees participated in the Fun Run which formally kick-off the month-long celebration.

Route of the Fun Run was Atabay street (starting point), EBJ Freedom Park, Business Park, Lucky 99, Department of Education, Binirayan Sports Complex, Gaisano Grand Mall of Antique and EBJ Freedom Park.

The Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CHRMPs) collected a registration fee from participants of the fun run - P20.00 for students, P30.00 for senior citizens and P50.00 for employees.

 The LGU also participated in the "Government Express" and "Agro Fair" at Gaisano Grand Mall of Antique on September 5-7. "Government Express" aims to showcase front-line services of various government offices.

The Municipal Health Office of San Jose de Buenavista set up a booth for basic health services such as blood pressure reading.

This year's anniversary theme is "Kawani, Ikaw ay isang Lingkod Bayan."
