Thirty (30) Kabuhayan Starter Kits on welding, automotive, electricity, plumbing and massage therapy were distributed at the town's hall afternoon of August 23, 2012.

This livelihood project is a joint investment of the local government unit of San Jose de Buenavista, provincial government of Antique and Department of Labor and Employment.

The project aims to provide package of tools to enable the TESDA-trained individuals to jumpstart a livelihood undertaking and become self-employed.

Beneficiaries attended the project  orientation last August 3 of this year.
